Your tenancy

We have introduced a new assured tenancy agreement for all new tenants from January 2009. The agreement has been completed in conjunction with residents using the principles of the National Housing Federation model agreement as well as incorporating good practice from around the sector.
Some of the improvements contained within the agreement include:
- A specific clause in relation to domestic violence
- A more robust approach to anti-social behaviour, noise nuisance and tenancy enforcement
- A specific clause in relation to access for gas servicing
- A zero tolerance approach to abuse of staff and representatives.
